The [deutsche] literature is one-eyed. The smiling eye is missing. (quoted from Erich Kästner) For this competition, we are looking for photographers whose work is inspired by a literary model. The choice of literary form (poetry, prose, drama, etc.) is free. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The entry must not exceed 9 MB. Jury: Gabriele Rothemann, Bernd Stiegler, Eva Asaad. The 10 award-winning photographic works on the subject of literature will be exhibited at the TDDL (June 26 to 30, 2024) in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee.
The main prizes, sponsored by KELAG, are:
