The Bösenberg Foundation in cooperation with the Künstlerhaus Meinersen is offering an art scholarship for 2025 / 26 for visual artists with a residency
at the Künstlerhaus Meinersen. Both the landscape and agriculture are undergoing enormous processes of change. The scholarship is aimed at young artists who accompany these changes artistically.
Services:
The scholarship includes a monthly amount of € 1,000 as well as a rent-free stay in the Künstlerhaus Meinersen (living and studio space). At the end of the scholarship, there will be a solo exhibition at the Künstlerhaus Meinersen
Duration of the scholarship: 15.4.2025- 28.3.2026
Conditions:
The scholarship holder must live and work primarily in the Künstlerhaus for the duration of the scholarship; attendance is compulsory. The works created during this time are to be made accessible to the public in consultation with the Bösenberg Foundation and the board of the Künstlerhaus Meinersen association. The applicant acknowledges this condition by submitting the application documents.

- An outline of ideas for a high-profile project
- Curriculum vitae/artistic vita
- Examples of recent artistic work (not older than 2 years) in the form of illustrations and written descriptions
