Sabine Kunz

My woodcuts are three-dimensional objects and prints at the same time. In the notch section, I first limit the large shapes. Worked with a chisel and mallet, the surface of the wooden stick becomes a relief. Only a few prints are made on Japanese paper with colorful, painterly rolling. The ink remains on the printing block, making it unique in its own right.
