Art and design but safe

The topic of “insurance and protection” for artists and designers is becoming increasingly complex. Hardly anyone can still see through the web of KSK and pension funds. When and how do I join the KSK and what does it do for me? What insurance cover do I really need? How will I be covered in old age? How can I also insure myself against occupational disability? This seminar will show you which private insurance options are really necessary and how they can be combined with benefits from state institutions. Both the current legal situation and the often low income levels of creative professionals are taken into account. This seminar was developed together with Theaterjobs.de.

Workshop leader:
Jan Käpernick, artist and insurance specialist (IHK), is a guest lecturer at numerous universities throughout Germany.
