For the year 2025, the Keramikkünstlerhaus Neumünster is awarding six living and working scholarships as part of the international °Ceramic Artist Exchange – Tandem program! The °CEAT focuses on the examination of contemporary positions in free ceramics, intercultural dialog and the exchange between artists of different generations.
The residency program is primarily aimed at artists whose work focuses on contemporary ceramic art and who primarily work with ceramic materials. Two artists of different generations (one emerging artist and one established artist) share studio and living space (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) as well as equipment (kilns, potter’s wheel, etc.) and basic materials, which are provided free of charge, for a period of 7 weeks. The scholarship includes a one-off payment of €700 to support living and material costs.
The prerequisite for participation is an explicit desire for exchange and collaboration with the Künstlerkolleg:in. Both artists must have sufficient knowledge of English, as communication will take place in English.
