Artist in Residence in the glassblowing town of Lauscha
The Federal Cultural Foundation and the Thuringian State Chancellery provided start-up funding to establish the residency and launch the program. The Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Thuringia has been funding the program since 2018.
During their one-month residency, the artists receive free accommodation, a €1000 grant and a free studio in the building. Networking with regional artists is supported. At the end, a joint finissage will be organized. In consultation with the Lauscha Glass Museum, exhibitions are also possible there.
