The Emsländische Landschaft e.V. for the districts of Emsland and Grafschaft Bentheim is offering a work grant for visual artists for the year 2025.
The Emsland Plan celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2025. Based on this event, the scholarship is intended to offer the opportunity to artistically explore themes and issues relating to this social progress project in Emsland and Grafschaft Bentheim.
The results will be presented in a final presentation at the Kunstverein Grafschaft Bentheim.
A total three-month work phase is planned, which can be arranged between 01.01.2025 and 30.06.2025. It is possible to spend all or part of the time on site.
The scholarship includes a living, material and travel allowance totaling € 9,000 as well as a production budget of € 5,000.
Artists who have successfully completed a course of study at a state art academy or university or who have achieved outstanding results due to their special talent and artistic development are eligible to apply.
A basic knowledge of German is required due to the German-language sources. There is no age limit.
