GNUE Magdeburg Police Station including Central Services Police Station, House 4 and outdoor facilities
The state of Saxony-Anhalt, represented by the State Office for Construction and Property Management of Saxony-Anhalt, is holding a nationwide open, two-stage art-in-architecture competition for the construction project “Major new buildings, conversions and extensions of the state of Saxony-Anhalt for the Magdeburg police station”. A total gross budget of 170,000 euros is available for the realization of the artworks at two locations (indoors and outdoors). The competition is open to professional, freelance artists and artist groups who are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany at the time of the competition. All participants in the first stage of the competition must submit their competition entry digitally and anonymously in the upload area provided for this purpose. Designs submitted to different addresses will not be accepted for evaluation. In the 1st competition stage, a colloquium is planned for Tue 11.03.2025, 13.00
on the premises of the Magdeburg police station. Registration by name is mandatory for participation in the colloquium.
