In cooperation with the City of Plauen, the e.o.plauen Society, the Forum K Gallery and Stadtwerke – Strom Plauen GmbH & Co. KG, the Plauen-Vogtland Art Association is organizing the competition for young artists for the seventh time in order to promote talented young artists in the field of HAND DRAWING. This competition takes place every three years.
The promotion takes place on four levels: Exhibition of the 100 best works in the Galerie im Malzhaus Award of three main prizes Publication of a sixteen-page leaflet for each prizewinner Exhibition of the three prizewinners in the Galerie Forum K APPLICATION and DISTRIBUTION
Works of art should be presented and described as photographs or image files. (including dimensions, technology, insurance value). The application must be accompanied by a short curriculum vitae and artistic career. An expert jury decides on the composition of the exhibition and the awarding of prizes.
