Contemporary discourses on migration and diversity in Germany are strongly influenced by Anglo-American contexts. An East German post-migrant perspective on diversity, or even Central Eastern European debates on these issues, are often ignored. As much as some struggles for recognition are and were justified at certain times – we would like to set out to shed new light on debates, concepts and struggles and to critically question them.
Together with SAVVY Contemporary, Hajusom and Danilo Starosta, our team from fluxus² e.V. met people, collected questions and invited people from whom we want to learn.
