The 16th edition of the Spreewälder Kunstfestival aquamediale will take place in 2025. The Förderverein aquamediale e.V. has been commissioned by the district of Dahme-Spreewald to prepare the festival and is now launching an Open Call for Artists. The documents are attached.
The 16th aquamediale is committed to examining the factors that influence the coexistence of species and investigates the effects of a disturbed balance on humans and nature. It calls on artists to artistically visualize their insights and visions in dealing with the living and dead environment. As a result of their subjective perception, they will present their views and perceptions as experimental arrangements, objects and installations in the urban landscape of Lübben under the theme “biodiversity – everything is linked to everything”.
