Excel, LibreOffice Calc and other “spreadsheet programs” are real all-rounders: they can calculate, display information clearly and even function as databases. In this workshop, beginners will learn important basic functions of Excel and LibreOffice Calc. Basic and useful formulas are presented and tested using project calculations and income/expenditure lists, and table layouts are created to structure data in a way that is suitable for everyday use. Individual inquiries are expressly welcome and can be sent in advance to . They will be dealt with in the workshop using practical examples. You should bring your own laptop (or similar) to the workshop. pre-installed LibreOffice Calc (current version: 7.6.5 or 24.2) or Excel.
About the workshop leader: Caroline Wolff has been managing the finances for various associations for more than 25 years. She has been the financial administration manager of the volunteer agency for six years. Excel (and other spreadsheet programs) are part of their daily and much-loved tools of the trade.

The workshop for 10-15 members of the BBK Saxony-Anhalt is free of charge and is funded as part of a project sponsored by the state of Saxony-Anhalt and the city of Halle (Saale). It is also possible for artistsand designerswho are not (yet) members of the BBK Saxony-Anhalt to register. Participation will be considered if not enough BBK members register.
