With prize money totaling 10,000 euros, the Filmbüro Bremen enables the production and presentation of at least two video art projects every two years. All facets are welcome: classical, (non)linear, audio-visual project ideas, those with an installation character as well as all those that move at the boundaries of media art. Funding is provided for projects that have not yet been realized. Artists from German-speaking countries and Bremen/Bremerhaven’s twin cities are invited to take part. Students are welcome. There is no age limit. The jury will award at least one of the two prizes to applicants from Bremen, Bremerhaven or their twin cities.
